I am very happy with my grilling skillet. It hold lots of veggies and the sides are high enough that they dont fall out when stirring. Only drawback I have found to this product is that the wire edges on the handle get very hot even though the handle is outside the grill with the cover closed. Use a hot pad when picking up the skillet.

Great way to grill
We cook almost everything on the grill no airconditioning plus we try to eat lean. So it is salmon several times a week plus veggies. The first thing we used this skillet for was salmon. It worked so well, the salmon was delicious and there was no messy twenty minute cleanup as there always is with the wire basket type grillers. My husband said, This is awesome, the best ever!
