Place an Order

We currently have these options for placing an order:

  • On Line - To order online with credit card, check or PayPal please add the items you would like to purchase into your basket and follow the given instructions to submit your order.

  • Phone - If you would prefer to order by phone, please have your credit card ready (sorry, we cannot process PayPal orders over the phone) and call 800-711-1361, Phone orders can be placed 24 hours Every Day.

Correct an Order

If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Email - Click here to Create a Customer Service Ticket, please include your order number.

  • Phone - If you would rather talk to us by phone, no problem. Just give us a call at

We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order (providing all items in stock).
We ship via UPS and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, if you choose BEST WAY shipping your order could be shipped either USPS or UPS (PO Boxes will automatically be shipped via USPS)

We currently have these shipping options:

  • Best Way Shipping - You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day of shipment

  • UPS Shipping - We offer UPS Ground Shipping which is a 3 to 8 day delivery time from the day of shipment. UPS shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

  • PO Box Shipping - We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the shipment day.

  • Canada Shipping - Some products may not be eligible for Canada shipping.

  • International Shipping - Some products may not be eligible for international shipping.

  • Alaska and Hawaii Shipping - Carrier restrictions prevent some items from being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail. You should expect your order within 5-10 business days of the shipment day.


When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60-days for an exchange or a refund for the purchase price of products only (less shipping and handling).

Please note:

  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for incomplete returns.
  • Components and retail packaging must be returned as received.
  • Refund checks are not available for gift returns.
  • If applicable - unused portions must be returned for refunds.

Stop Do you believe the item(s) you are returning are defective? Before returning the item, please visit our site first for any special product instructions that may be needed...

  • We constantly update our product pages, please be sure to search for the product you are having difficulty with and see if there are any instructions or FAQs we have published to help you with your product. Sometimes the problem is as simple as removing a plastic disc to activate the battery in a flashlight!

How do I return or exchange a product?

  1. Fill out the form provided on the back of the packing slip.

    If you no longer have your packing slip, you can Print a Return Form here. (You will need Adobe Reader to open the form, if you don't have it you can download it by clicking the image below.)

  2. Cut out and attach the bottom right of the packing slip, with Pulse Direct, Inc., to the outside of the box. (First remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the Pulse Direct, Inc. you are attaching covers the old one.)

  3. Ship your package to: (we recommend UPS or insured parcel post for your protection).

Pay By Check

YES, we accept personal checks and money orders by mail!
(US residents only)

When you're done shopping and have added all of your items to your cart:

  1. Proceed to our Secure Checkout by clicking the Proceed to Secure Checkout button on the basket page.

  2. Enter your billing and shipping information and click the Continue button

  3. Click the Check by Mail button.

  4. Click the Check by Mail Click Here button.

    This will conveniently give you a printable order form with all of your information as well as the mailing address for your order with payment.

    *If you do not have a printer, after completing the above steps to get your order total, just include a note with your billing and shipping address along with a list of the item numbers you want.

  5. Send the order form, or your note, with your payment to:

*All orders are processed upon receipt of your payment. However, check orders and money orders are held for bank clearance for 10 days. So to avoid any delays for fund clearance and/or inventory levels, we recommend you purchase your order via credit card instead.
