did not work at all

mailed to daughter in gift box but she was unable to get it to work at all! What is warranty/replacement policy?? This form would not allow less than 1 star - but it DID NOT WORK AT ALL!

two types one is well made the other is bad.

Pet Blinker makes one that has a switch on the side and then this one which is a twist on/off. I had both the one with the switch is worse than this twister. Mine stopped working after about 3 months. The switch one lasted me about three years. However the light is bright and you will be noticed!! great if your dog should take off at night you will be able to see him/her at about half mile away!

I loved mine the first time we used it! But, that was the only time we got to use it as the bottom half came off and was lost. If only there was a way to secure it more tightly, maybe Ill try again and glue it together.

pet safety light - worthless

I bought one, but it does not work for me. I removed the plastic and if I manually push the button all the way in it lights, but not when it is on my dogs collar.
