  Just a heads up!
     I have been taking this along with the green coffee bean extract, and need to say that I havent slept well in 4 days. I am a coffee drinker, and Im not sure how much caffeine there is in these things, but it seems more than I get from my coffee! So, just a heads up on that. Having said that, these really do have a hint of berry taste and my appetite was suppressed..I wasnt munching on the late night snacks, and didnt feel the urge to. I stopped taking the pills for a day, and I will be testing out half the dose they tell you to take. But remember, we are all different and affected differently. Since I was also taking the green coffee extract pills with it, I dont know which to blame for the sudden burst of too much energy and lack of sleep! I have fibromyalgia, so the energy blast isnt a complaint! Just the difficulty sleeping. As far as weight loss goes, for me, I havent taken it long enough to see that result, but if the appetite suppression and boost of energy are any indication, I would venture to guess that you would loose some weight. How much, I dont know. You can try it and make the judgement of what would be best for you. Either follow the recommended dose and then go lower, but not more, and take into consideration what else you take with it. What I do know, is that it DID have an affect on me, both good and bad. So just use common sense to go lower dosage if you need to, and watch how much caffeine intake you get from these and other sources. Good luck with your goal!

  Caution
     This is a great product. However a word of caution. Do Not take if your are taking statin prescriptions. Check with your doctor or pharmacist first. I did loose weight, but also it made me very nausea and dizzy because I am taking a statin drug to lower my cholesterol. When I stopped taking the product I was OK.
