What is Oil Pulling?

The active ingredient is fractionated Coconut oil, which means most of the fats have been removed to create a liquid oil at cold or room temperatures. When you swish with this oil it "pulls", or removes, bacteria in your mouth resulting in fresh breath, healthier gums, and stronger teeth.

It's easy to use: gently swish a tablespoon in your mouth for 2-10 minutes. Spit it out, rinse, and brush your teeth afterwards as you normally would.
