When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60-days for a replacement or a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling). Refund checks are not available for gift returns.
How do I return or exchange a package?
For your convenience, the Return Form includes a preprinted Return Address Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply, fill out the form provided on the back of the packing slip, attach the pre-printed label to the outside of your package and ship (we recommend UPS or insured parcel post for your protection). Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the Return Address Label covers the old one.
