Tammy is the leader of our Customer Service team. She combines years of experience with a love to help people. Whenever any of us need help, Tammy is the one we call for.
One thing we all love about Tammy is she's always got something bizarre going on in her life. Just ask her about the time she left her windows open only to get in her car and encounter a Raccoon… We're still not sure who was more freaked out, Tammy or the Raccoon!
Rachel
Rachel recently graduated from Ball State University with a bachelors of science in Dance and Psychology.
She enjoys talking to people and finding solutions to problems. Rachel has spent time studying in London and
working with many different members of her community. She is excited to be a new member of PulseTv
and looks forward to helping all customers in the future.
Amber
Amber came all the way from sunny California to join us in Chicago (Wait until winter hits then we expect her to walk around in a state of bewilderment). She does a whole host of things here… from processing orders, to customer service to giving us all a great big laugh with her huge, we mean HUGE fear of spiders. We’re happy to have Amber join us, she’s always got a smile on her face and is genuinely one of the sweetest people!
Michele
For almost 15 years Michele has been involved in mail order. Starting in customer service Michele has done just about everything at Pulse. She currently manages the inventory and makes sure all the new products get up and onto the site.
Of course she still does customer service. If there's a problem with a backorder or a delay in an item, you'll get an email from Michele.
Michele also is in charge of wholesale inquiries… as well as searching for new products.
She's also great for singing in the office. Michele has a knack of taking one line from a song and singing it over… and over… and over!
Cheryl
Cheryl is back in the work force after raising her six kids. When we heard she had six kids we knew instantly she had patience!
Since joining us in 2009 she's proved to be a great addition. In fact she is now in charge of the returns department. One other thing we just LOVE about having Cheryl here, boy can she bake a mean muffin! We love it when she brings in a batch.
Kerbi
We are so happy to have Kerbi as a member of our Customer Service team. When she walks into the office she automatically lifts everyone spirits. She always has a smile on her face and kind words to speak!
Erin
The various buttons, logos and design pieces you see on the site are designed by Erin. Along with handling most of our design work, Erin is first one manning the customer service lines in the morning.
She also works with various studios and companies to find the most eclectic DVDs available… and to get video clips of them for both our PulseTV and EVTV1 sites.
One thing about Erin … there may not be another person alive… at least another woman alive who knows more about sports than her! Her son Cole is destined to play for the Chicago Bulls one day.
Kris
Kris does many things here, one of which is organizing all our outside advertising campaigns.
If you've ever seen the TV show "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" you may see the resemblance between Kris and Sweet Dee. We like to tease her that she reminds us of Sweet Dee in so many ways. much to Kris' chagrin!
Jeanie
Jeanie has been with us since 1999! As we have grown, so has Jeanie’s responsibilities. She is the VP of Marketplace Sales and is a renown runner, although apparently she cannot walk down the stairs as she tripped and recently broke her ankle. So if you purchased our products on Amazon, Buy.com, or other online marketplaces, Jeanie was responsible for getting those products to you.
Anisa
With over 20 years experience in mail order and retailing, Anisa's main job is finding new products at great prices and delivering the Deal of the Day to over 3,000,000 subscribers.

Anisa loves the PulseTV stuff. So much so all her gift giving is direct from PulseTV. We don't think she's stepped into a store since 1996!
Mary
Mary is our office manager and knows how to do just about everything at our company! Mary’s been part of the team since Pulse started up. When you call in, it’s her voice you hear. We always tease her that if she wanted to she’d make one heck of a 900# operator! She’s just got that soothing, sexy voice.
Joe
Joe does double duty here. His main job is being Chief Editor of all the GopherCentral newsletters. Being a wonderful writer we often enlist his help in writing copy on products. You can usually tell when Joe has written the description of an item... it will take you 30 minutes to read! Yes he's a bit on the wordy side :)
Steve
Like Joe, Steve also works mainly on GopherCentral newsletters, but he also writes product descriptions and ad copy. Everyone loves Steve. His quick wit is amazing and he always seems to have us all laughing.
Andy Meyers Developer
Andy started working with us way back as a High School Junior then went off to really learn his stuff at Arizona State. After finishing there, we wanted him back...made him the proverbial offer he could not refuse and voila! Andy develops all of our Facebook and Twitter applications as well as teaching us old fogies what's new.
He just completed our Android App (get it here) and is working on one for the iPhone. Make sure you keep checking our site for the iPhone App.
Zack
It’s hard to believe but Zack has worked with us since he was just a Junior in High School. For about the first two months many of us called him Josh. Look at him… doesn’t he look like a Josh? The other thing he’s noted for is looking like Joran van der Sloot… not a good thing at all! But Zack is a wonderful young man. He does and has done many things including copy writing, starring in our videos and has now been promoted to Assistant Buyer.
Khalil
Khalil is in charge of all our video production and graphics. He also helps in product selection and copy writing. In the short time he’s been with us he’s transformed our site and pushes us to do videos on most of our products. He’s also been involved in product development and package design. So when you see some of our products under the ChillyThings name, that packaging was designed by him!
Emily
We’ve been getting so many new products we had to hire another graphics person! We were lucky to find Emily. She’s ultra quiet and a women of few words, but boy does she have a wicked sense of humor. You always have to watch out for those quiet ones!
A recent graduate of Loyola University who worked at a mail order catalog company we’re excited to have her contribute her awesome designs and perspectives to our products and websites.

Your Orders: Karen & the KBS Fulfillment Team.
Who is more caring than a mom? With that in mind, Karen started KBS Fulfillment out of her house and took on a few small clients. When she needed help, she called up a couple of fellow moms to help out while the kids were in school.
That was 15 years ago and even though KBS has moved into a big warehouse, you'll still see a whole bunch of moms (the guys are there for eye-candy) picking and packing thousands of orders a day.
Karen still keeps the schedules flexible for moms, knowing how important it is to be around for the kids. Pictured (left to right starting in front row) are: Karen, Sam, Sandy, Cass, Sharon, Dan, Dawn, Joni, Lisa, Bob and Matt.
Bailey - Warehouse Guard Dog
Yeah right. I think the only way she can ward people away is by piddling on them! That's right, she gets so excited to see people that when you pay her any attention she will piddle.
She's such a loveable dog and loves to be at the warehouse to be with mom Karen.
