When you send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's name and postal address. When you enter a sweepstakes sponsored by PulseTV.com, we may ask for any or all of the following information: your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. Purchase Orders

By shipping orders to Penn LLC (d/b/a PulseTV.com) Vendor (supplier of merchandise) agrees to indemnify and defend Penn LLC (d/b/a PulseTV.com) and its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, lost profits and damages arising out of or caused by Vendor's product allegedly or actually infringing on the patent, trademark, copyright or other product issues that result in PENN, LLC not being able to sell/market product.

Prop 65 Compliance

PENN LLC dba PulseTV is committed to complying with California Proposition 65 (the "Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, as amended"), ("Proposition 65"), as well as all other applicable laws and regulations. https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/

While we are an Illinois company, a large portion of our orders ship into California making it essential we are fully compliant with California Proposition 65. Any warnings required by Proposition 65 must be on our website to inform our California customers BEFORE they make their purchases.

PulseTV is in the business of creating a "deal-of-the-day" and part of that process involves creating a video commercial from 1:00 to 3:00 featuring the daily deal product. Vendor further acknowledges that the copyright for the production of the commercials remains the property of PENN LLC d/b/a PulseTV.
